Delete your account

You can delete your CalorieCounter+ account and all the data that goes with it at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open CalorieCounter+ and sign in.
Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm.

The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

your profile, nickname, email address and settings;
your goals, daily totals and streak;
today’s food entries and activities;
your meal photos, including the files in storage;
your friendships and friend requests;
your sign-in sessions on all devices;
foods you created yourself.

We keep no separate backups of the database, so nothing remains after deletion. Nothing is kept for any other purpose.

Cannot use the app?

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email privacy@caloriecountercrew.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and confirm by email, within 30 days at most. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account by itself.
